Identifying areas for improvement

The previous Divvy brand was fractured and inconsistent.

Mission & Values for Divvy Homes

Divvy’s new mission and values.

Writing consistent copy for users

We made sure the messaging throughout our website and application were consistent and true to our new brand voice.

New website and brand for Divvy Homes

We started by identifying the shortcomings of the existing brand.

We found several areas we wanted to improve:

1. Consistency

2. Personality

3. Trust

We worked with internal stakeholders to develop our new mission and values.

These informed the brand voice and messaging that we subsequently created.

I wrote the copy on the homepage to be clear, easy to understand, and empathetic to our customers.

I wrote the copy for our “How It Works” page to explain how our program worked in clear, consistent language.

I wrote the copy for our “About Us” page to show that our interests were aligned with our customers’ interests and that we want them to succeed.

I wrote the copy for our page aimed at Real Estate Agents to educate them on how Divvy can give their clients more options and what it means for them.
